Low Temperature and Fast Curing Agent RB31

Description:
It is one of cyclic-amidine compounds, equivalent to HUELS AG B31.
RB31 is a low temperature and fast curing agent applying to high-activated epoxy-resin powder, and it can be rapidly solidified in 10—15 minutes at 140° or in 3—5 minutes at 200°.
For preparation of aid to low-temperature solidified saturated carboxyl-polyester, for example, in production of polyester resin, it is added 0.1—0.5% (of polyester weight) into the reactor at the stage of input, and stirred well distributed, a special low-temperature solidified polyester resin can be produced. Compared with the same kind, it can be lowered about 20° for solidification in normal atmospheric temperature.

Application:
It is an accelerating agent to pure epoxy-resin powder or compound epoxy / polyester resin powder for cyanoguanidine as hardener.
