Description: Matt Hardener RB55 is a kind of composed salt of cyclic-amidine and multi-acid, equivalent to B55 of international market. RB55 is a Curing Agent applied for Epoxy Resin powder coating.
As hardener , it also can used for pure epoxy resin, epoxy/ polyester mixed powder coatings, used it can make coatings achieve matt surface and excellent mechanical strength and fine appearance .

Application:
1. Matt hardener RB55 is use for epoxy resin, epoxy polyester and epoxy/polyester powder coatings. it can make coatings achieve matt surface and excellent mechanical strength and fine appearance .
2. As RB55 has higher melting point leading to unsatisfied blend with resin. the force-out temperature should be properly increased in order that thematt hardener can be well distributed in dissolution.
3. In the course of applying to epoxy polyester hybrid powder coatings, a lower acid value of polyester resin can be selected to get the required gloss and the best comprehensive performance.
