Features

* This instrument has combined with preparing samples on site, microscope observing and

micrography together. The operation is simple and quick. Preparing samples can be in different

means: mechanical, electrolysis and chemical.

* Microscope consists of wide field-of-view eyepiece and flat field-view achromatic objectives,

lightness can be changed. It has focus micro-adjusting mechanism, lens focus is stable and

image is clear. It is equipped with halogens spotlight and this kind of light source has guaranteed

the quality of image.

* Dual-line switchable high magnet energy microscope basement can fix microscope on tested

body steadily. The tested body can be various pipe tubes with different diameters and plane, the

view-field can be freely modified in X or Y direction.

* It is equipped with micro-camera which is directly connected with metallographic microscope,

and camera can take photograph on site.

1. Portable grinder:

Portable grinder consists of modulating speed motor, flexible shaft, polishing handle, polishing &

grinding disk etc. The rotating speed is stable, it can be used to process precise grinding & polishing.

Power supply: 220V AC, 50Hz.120W. Stepless speed control: 0-12000rpm

2. Portable electrolytic polisher:

Digital display, voltage & current stabilizer, short circuit protection.

Input: 220V AC, 50Hz Output: DC 0-30V, 0-2A

3. Portable metalloscope:

The wide flat field-of-view Achromatic objectives can ensure the clear of the image. Dual-line

switchable high magnet energy microscope basement can fix microscope on tested body steadily.

The tested body can be various pipe tubes with different diameters and plane, the view-field can be

freely modified in X or Y direction.

Magnifications: 100X-640X. Eyepiece: 10X. Objective: 10X, 25X, 40X. Light source: 6V 15W

4. Microscope photographer:

The camera can be connected to microscope and it can take photograph on site.
