KASDA's KD318W Wireless ADSL modem is a fast, powerful, all-in-one ADSL modem/router for SOHO, SMB and enterprise branch offices. It integrates a high-speed ADSL port, 4-port 10/100Mbps Ethernet switch, Dial Backup functions, and 54Mbps IEEE 802.11g wireless connectivity, which will run a local network that is a mix of 802.11g, 802.11b wireless or Ethernet connected computers. This Ethernet interfaces support speeds of up to 8Mbps (ADSL) , 12Mbps (ADSL2) or 24Mbps (ADSL2+) . This wireless interface enabled wireless connection of PCs and supports the new 802.11g high-speed wireless protocols, which is up to 5 times faster than the previous 802.11b protocol. 802.11g technology is backward-compatible with the 802.11b Wi-Fi networking standard, so it allows you to implement faster wireless technologies in combination with existing 802.11b Wi-Fi networks.
