We produce balling steel balls. Our new producrs are hot rolling steel balls. Its specification is from diameter 20mm to 80mm. And 80mm to 150mm is forged ball.
1. Our steel balls have obvious differences with the casted balls after running, one from the material, the other from the craft art, which can be distinguished by eyes. (pls have a look at the pictures enclosed)
2. The differences between forged balls and our hot rolling balls:Because of the craft, to the steel balls with more than diameter 80mm, the
rolling machine does not have such high pressure to produce, so, our balls with more than 80mm are all forged all the time. The difference between them lies in hardness difference between the surface and central: the hot rolling ball's is 5HRC, while the forged is 6-7HRC.
