Raw Material to make Charcoal / Biomass Briquette:
Any type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used. But the Moisture Content Should be Less than 12%, grain size is below 5*5mm.

This Biomass / Charcoal Briquette Screw Press equipped with automatic temperature control are designed to produce high density charcoal. The extruded wood briquette (before carbonization) can be used as fuel for wood boilers, stoves or for room heating, industry and family use. The disadvantage of these uncarbonized briquettes has some smoke while burning. But after carbonization, the briquettes will become into charcoal briquettes. While the charcoal briquettes burning, there is no smoke.
In addition, our Briquetting Press can produce different size and shape briquettes. Now we have designed one new kind of Automatic Break System. If clients hope to install this system, Clients should pay for it separately.
