Paper Cup's Jacket Forming Machines
To customers requirement, when drink hot water, coffee, and hot noodle, , , , only one wall paper cups, paper bowls are become very hot, inorder not to hurt the hand by hot drinks, so over the inner cups, we make a jacket to protect hand from harm.

Double wall paper cups have two layers(walls) , the inner is the white cup(bowl) , the out layer is the jacket with printing. So to make double wall paper cups need two type of machines,
1. to make the inner cup(bowl) , use LBZ-L or LBZ-LI or LBZ-LII or LBZ-LIII paper cup(bowl) forming machine,
2. to make the out jacket, use the LBZ-A Paper Bowl Over Coating Machine,

Note, the jacket forming machine, we name it as LBZ-A Paper Bowl Over-coating Machine, it can produce the jakcet for cups and bowl, mainly depend on the molds.

The out Jacket, have two types,
A . Direct type, the out jacket just direct agglutinating over the inner cup by mucilage(gluewater) .

B . Hollow type, between the out jacket and the inner cup, there are space, that mean it is hollow.

To make the direct or hollow jacket in the LBZ-A Paper Bowl Over-coating Machine, the machine is only a little different.
To make the hollow type, at the bottom of the jacket is curling as the white-cup's bottom.
