Application:
Soft draping, fluffy and re-bounding finishing (process) agent for nature fabrics of cotton, bast textile, silk, wool and blended fabrics.
Characteristic:
1.
Finishing process for towel: improve fluffy, weight and softness effect obviously.
2.
Softening, glossy finishing for nap cloth: to embody nap cloth surface fullness and no pressed pile, tender luster after brushing.
3.
Match used with resins such as 2D resin, improve all-round finishing effect.
4.
Because of good exhaustion property, even little used could reach super result.
5.
Containing reaction functional group, washing resistance.
6.
Enhance fabric anti-static property and anti-bacterial property.
Technical indicate:
Ingredient organic silica polymer
Appearance white emulsion
pH value 8±1
Ionic cationic
Using method:
1. Compound FS-4 into 5-20g/L operational liquid after filtering; twice soak and pad process; then baking;
2. In case of dipping method, operational liquid could be 2-5g/L, just postpone soaking period.

Remark:
1. Filtering before using in order to avoid slight skin effecting finishing result;
2. Strong cationic property so to avoid using it with anionic additive.
Ecological data:
It is a non-toxicity, non-pollution, and environmental product. General chemicals operations should be obeyed while storing, transporting, and using.
Package and storing:
Be packed in plastic casks of 50kg with well-closed package of plastic bag inside. This products should be kept in shady, cool and dry places, with temperature above 0°. It should be used up within twelve months.
