Hangzhou yihua waterproof Material Co; LTD is one modern enterprise which gathers interior doors design, development , and sales. We specialize in producing MDF products: Interior doors and cabinet doors and other ornametal lines.
The products were called free paint series. Door's inner material is high quality Russian Pine battens, which is baked, and humidity is controlled under 9 degree. Then middle density fibreboard(MDF, its thickness is 8mm, its density is from 600-800) cover the wood and MDF battens. Then it adopt smooth PVC cladding(thickness is 0.18mm) on it's face and back. Passing two important technices:high temperature pressure and cold pressure, it was finally completed. It has the characteristics of smooth veins on surface, no paint, dampproof, flameproof, slight transmogrification and easy to clean.
The standard size is 2000mm*800mm*40mm, the largest size we can produce is 2340mm*1000mm*44mm.
