The process of tempered glass is to heat the original glass to the temperature of about 700°C, and then cool it down rapidly to form the surface compressive on the glass. The tempered glass can be divided as fully tempered glass and partially-tempered glass (also called heatstrengthened glass) .

Tempered Glass Features:Tempered glass has roughly three to four times as much resistance to anti-shocking as same thickness of ordinary glass. The surface quality is better than Tempered glass.
