(1) : PTFE rod:
TYPES: Pressed rod : diameter :2-4(mm) . length: produced under requirements; Extruded rod: diameter:5-120(mm) , length: 500-3000(mm) ; Die pressed rod:diameter:55-300(mm) length:100-300(mm) .
MAIN PROPERTIES: Tensile strength>=14.0Mpa , Crack elongation>=140%.
NOTE: when the diameter of rod is larger than 16mm, only test Apparent density. APPLICATIONS: Electrical insulation, seal, anti-sticking materials.

(2) PTFE Tubing:
TYPES: Pressed pipe :out diameter :1-25(mm) . wall thickness:0.1-2.5(mm) length: produced under requirements; Extruded pipe: outside diameter:25-200(mm) , wall thickness:1.5-8(mm) length: produced under requirements; Die pressed pipe: outside diameter:25-1200(mm) wall thickness:5-500(mm) length:100-300(mm) .
MAIN PROPERTIES: Tensile strength>=18.0Mpa , Crack elongation>=230%.

MAIN PROPERTIES: Tensile strength>=15.0Mpa , Crack elongation>=150%. , Dielectric strength>=10Kv/mm

(4) Expanded PTFE
Expanded PTFE unsintered tape makes from pure PTFE, it has an expanded network composed of superfine fibers and joints. The combination of flexibility high longitudinal strength, and easy deformability in the transverse direction. makes expanded ptfe unsintered tape very suitable for packing and threadsealing applications. But it is not be suitable for packing and threadsealing applications. But it is not be suitable for use in certain critical application for example when contact with high concentration of gaseous oxygen or liquid oxygen involved.
