HDPE silicon core tube production line

The automatic pipe production line having advanced level at home was developed by our company introducing advanced technology of late 1990s of West Europe. Instead of foreign equipment, the unit is the first developed equipment at home which used to produce silicon core pipe. High technology and advanced control enable the unit to produce continuously various sizes of pipe in high quality.

The main raw material of HDPE silicon core pipe is high density PE, core layer is mix and modification of silicon glue and PE, produced by three co-extruding machines, vacuum forming, cooling system, traction and winding devices, etc.
