This series shuttle-free quilting machine is widely used for quilting high quality mattresses, Simmons Bed; quilt covers, beddings and household ornaments with the thickness<=50mm. The very thick Mattresses and Simmons bed can be quilt only by Shuttle free quilting machine. Different patterns are available.

• Multi–span independent pattern (360°and 180°pattern quilting are available)
• Thread broken automatic pause, automatic needle – lifting and computerized speed adjustment.
• Very thick material s’ quilting can be suitable.
