Being equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art German Technology from Leybold for vacuum metallizing, we have the capacity to metallize any plastic film / paper/ board from 8 microns upto 200 microns thickness, with an optical density range from .01 to 3.0+.

The metallizing film process involves vacuum deposition of a thin continuous layer of aluminium on to plastic film / paper / board to impart the required finish. These metallized films, thus provide an excellent barrier from light, moisture, gases etc. In the case of paper and board, direct Metallizing as well as the transfer process is used.
