Characteristics:
• This machine is designed for the personalized production. It adopts 200Hz laser power supply to improve the laser processing efficiency when engraving personalized product comparing with the 100Hz machine.
• Two engraving heads can engrave two crystals at a time. It yields like the machine of 100Hz / 4 engraving heads, but the engraving time is half when engrave one or two crystals, also it can reduce the engraving waster resulted from the operating mistake.
• Automatic location technology for crystals improves the position accuracy and shortens the position time of crystals on the worktable.
• Lead screw with high precision and intensity improves the location accuracy and stability.
• The automatic monitoring system of water temperature and water circulation ensures the working order of the machine.
• Interlock device on the door supply the safeguard for the operator.
• Four kinds of point-cloud converting methods are supplied in the software to obtain different engraving effect.
• Exceptionally small engraved dots represent lively the engraved graphics especially the 3d human face.
