3) Mould are chromalized
4) The inside and outside wall of pipe are smooth
5) Screw made of alloy or 38CrMoAlA and has nitriding treatment
6) Hard tooth surface gear is made of 20CrMnMo, hardness up to HRC53-HRC58
7) Temperature control instrument brand are RKC or OMRON
8) Electric are adopt with world famous brand products
9) L/D ratio can be altered (25: 1 - 36: 1)
10) The production line composed of:
