Procedures

Buyer issues loi with authorization for soft probe + bcl. (do not send us loi without banking confirmation and coordenates)
Seller issues fco.
Buyer receives the fco, signs & seals and returns to seller.
Seller issues contract draft.
Buyer receives the draft contract signs & seals and returns it together with a copy buyers company registration certificate & a copy of the passport of the authorized to sign on behalf of the buyer.
Signed & sealed. The draft copy will be legal until hard copies exchanged. This will not delay the buyer in issuing the letter of credit.
Within 3 banking days buyer bank advice pof to seller bank.
Within 5 banking days seller bank advice pop to buyer's bank.
Within 3 banking days from date of being advised the pop, the buyer will issue to seller bank the non operative letter of credit.
Within 10 banking days of receiving the non operative letter of credit the seller's bank will post 2% operative performance bond guarantee who will activate the buyer letter of credit.
Hard copies of the contract are exchanged.
Within 30/45 days of the seller receiving the payment instrument delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed.
Payment terms:
Unconditional, assignable bank guarentee, irrevocable, transferable, confirmed, fully funded, revolving for each shippment per month, direct letter of credit, confirmed by a top 50 world bank, payable 100% at sight to sellers bank upon presentation of shipping documents.
