Applications
The whole line, which consists of a QCX4 Ultrasonic Washing Machine, a ASMR480/18 Tunnel Sterilizing and Drying Machine, a DGF12/24 Filling Machine, it is divided into four functional zone for cleaning, drying and sterilizing, filling and coppering and sealing, and each single machine are all have specific performance, it may work in dependently, also can compose a linkage line. It can carry out the procedures such as ultrasonic cleaning, worm turning bottle, water and compressed air flushing, preheating, drying and sterilizing, cooling, filling, nitrogen charging, stopper delivering, adding, cap mounting and fastening. It is suitable for production of antibiotic liquid vials.
