FEATURES:
1. machine control by PLC, with a touch screen to recordand process all production data.
2. AC servo motor driven chain conveyor deliver poly materials through the machiene with speed, accuracy, and reliability. it can also reverse direction to release materials.
3. operator can select low, high or first low and then high vacuum volume.
4. vibrating mould replease with up/down motion.
5. top and bottom mould tray are height adjustable to accommodate different production buttons.
6. width and adjustment is done by push buttons.
7. top and bottom oven is control individually with fine and adjustment for better heat profile.
8. top oven is equipped with 108 infrared heater at 325W each bottom oven is equipped with 54 infrared heater at 400W, and addtional 3 unit of preheat.
9. top gate is adjsust by push buttons.
10. equipped with chill water pump, top and bottom cooling plate.
11. addtional counter.
12. safety system automatically retract oven if power failure or for maintenance inspection.
13. PLC can record up to 500 production data, (customers name, last production date, customer order No. , part No. , production data)
