Origin: Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa or multiple, all Eurounion licensed producers

Quantity: 12,500 metric tons minimum, 500,000 metric tons per order maximum

Packaging: bulk only

Inspection: by SGS or equivalent, survey company at Sellers cost at loading for quality and quantity. Inspection report Will be binding to both parties and shall be considered final price / incoterm basis per metric ton / FOB nearest free port from plants / or EXW

Currency: USD

Payment terms: Irrevocable, Transferable, Documentary Letter of Credit issued and confirmed by a Seller bank, with payment 100% at sight at Sellers account bank against presentation of the shipment documents or as per contract.
The text of the LC must be preapproved by the Sellers bank prior to the activation of the payment instrument.

Delivery / shipment: within 30-45 days of initiation of the contract and confirmation and establishment of the Letter of Credit to the Sellers bank.
