HIGH SPEED BLISTER PACKAGING MACHINE

This machine is a high speed machine model, it’s widely used for packing tablets, capsules and other similar shape solid articles with alu-plastics blister in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industries. The machine can finish the following actions automatically: Aluminium foil or Plastic (PVC) blister forming, automatic material feeding, PTP alu-foil press and heat-sealing, press the batch number & perforation and punching.

Features:
1. PVC released automatically and controlled by optical-electronic sensor.
2. Inner cast intermittent contact heating device keep uniform heating effect and heating plate longer life.
3. Four-cylinder down-driven forming devices has strong power, keep the running stability.
4. High precision cam intermittent mechanism realizes correct and precise stepped drawing.
5. Longer material feeding area, can equipped the capsule orientating feeding device.
6. Adopt PLC +touch screen control system, can indicate the trouble cause, it’s easy to operate and maintain.
7. Linear continuous rolling type heat sealing, sealing without joint and just need small pressure, can realize net sealing, point sealing and double-side point sealing
