The Prime Steel Seamless Pipes is one of our major products. The production is established in 1991, it covers 450000M2, with 3000 employees and a building area of 250000M2. The cold-drawn seamless steel tube has continuously been awarded three times the Inspection & Quality Certificates of JiangSu procince. Especially, our seamless steel tube for high pressure boilers won the honorable title of Gold Cup in 2004, a national top-award for metallurgical product quality granted by the China Iron & Steel industry Association. The group has advanced producing equipments and integrated testing methods. Currently we have 12 hot-piercing machines, 1 production line for hot-rolled pipes and over 50 product lines for cold- drawn process. We have 12 sets of equipment for Non-Damage Tests, such as eddy current test ultrasonic test, hydraulic and omnipotent test spectrograph etc. The range of our products is OD10mm to 325mm; WT 1mm to 25mm. The annual capacity is 1 million mt. The products are sold domestically and exported to Europe, America , and Africa, Asia …and quality internationally approved.
