Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

This machine is an intermittent motion and dosing disk type filling automatic capsule filler, it’s suitable for batch production of pharmaceutical factory and nutrition products factory etc. The machine turret has following ten working stations: 1. Capsule alignment and separation 2. Separation of segments 3. Empty station (Optional pellet, tablet station) 4. Dosing station for powder via a dosing disk 5. Empty station (Optional pellet or tablet station) 6. Extraction for non-open capsules 7. Capsule scanning optional 8. Capsule closing station 9. Capsule ejection station 10. Segment cleaning station
Machine design meets GMP requirements and has CE certificate.

Feature: 1. NJP-800C is designed for a production capacity under 48 000 capsules/hour, NJP-1200C is designed for a production capacity under 72 000 capsules/hour
2. Closed turret and dosing station, prevent the powder come into the turret, easy to operate, clean and change over the mould
3. New turret design, adopt 90 linear bearings from Japan to guarantee the machine precision and use life
4. Adopt bigger cam & dosing disk design, enhance the stability of the machine and extend the use life of the machine.
5. Equipped with the oil pump for supply the lubricate oil to the cam channel, reduce the abrasion and extend the use life of the parts.
6. Automatic capsule switch, controlled by the touch screen via PLC
7. Touch screen with user-friendly graphic operator panel
