It is used for blowing the various plastic films of low density polyethylene (LDPE) , high density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) etc. It employes head rotation with two –layer extrusion, double wind ring , speed regulation by frequency variation, two friction winders. The products are widely used in application of package of civil and industrial products such as food, garment, textile and daily necessities etc. The products include vest bag, shopping bag, garment bag and food bag etc .
Characteristics:
1) Die head employes 40Cr to enhance corrosiom resistance and durable.
2) The extruder machine's cylinder and screw adopt 38#CrMoAI-A material, is finely machining, nitrogen treatment, high rigidity, good anti-corrosive performance and durable. Equipped with auto-temp-control and cylinder air blower to maintain the plasticizing temperature.
3) It is featured by compact structure, stable operation. higgh productivity, low energy
consumption, good stability, clear layer, good plasticization and special adhersive force etc.
