Carbon Steel, Stainless steel, Alloy steel, Superalloy steel. Nickel- base cast superalloy, Monel metal, Cobalt-base cast superalloy or according to customer requirments.

The different processes:
•Silicasol investment casting process (Middle-temperature wax, high-temperature wax)
•Composite Shell Process (Silicasol-water glass composite investment casting process)
•Water glass lox wax casting process (Low-temperature wax)

-Difference for above three process is their solidifying agent (such as water glass or silicasol)
- for shell making is different.

The precision of dimension: CT5 - 7
Output per month: 40 Tonnes
Surface finish: Shot blasting by hand, Galvanizing, Polishing, Painting, Passivating, Pickling, Powder coating
