Characteristics of mirror punch:
At present, the composition and structuring of the powder of the enterprises dedicated to high-level polished tiles is being more and more complicated, e. g. , some irregular articles are added into the powder. Therefore, the normal rubberized punch is no longer suitable for or applicable to the new technical process. It often happens that some irregular articles are stuck on the punch when removing the upper punch, resulting in small holes on the surface of raw tile. However, our company has designed and manufactured a brand new steel punch whose surface is as smooth and clear as mirror. The advantage of mirror punch is: the formed tile is consequently intensified and its surface is very smooth and perfect.
