The nodular cast iron adopted by the machine body of Shangfeng is produced in conformity with the meehanite casting technology. After the anneal treatment, the internal residual stress can be effectively removed, so that the tissue will be equal and stable, having good stiffness, abrasion resistance and big load bearing capacity, capable of adapting different operations. The durable precision and stable form make the rib type support design inner the casting may procure the maximum tenacity and reduce shake.

The main spindle applies high-grade nickel-clad steel(SNCM21) , which is with small temperature change, stable material and a durable tensile strength over 85kgmm². The allocation of axletrees is 3 in front and 2 at back, and the spindle is symmetrical to the pathway and the pressure showing. The rev has good stiffness and precision, with no synchronous vibration generated. The claw style broach and lock bit clamp have good contact stiffness, high cutting precision and long use life.

The linear slide rail of the HC series applied by Shangfeng is angular contact slide rail with four rows and one arc, having equal load pack in each direction, very applicable to tools which are in need of bearing operation load. The automatic adjusting framework function can absorb the assembly error of the installation surface to gain high precision command. Besides, the optimized steel ball circumfluence design makes it operate more smoothly with low noise.

The feed transmission adopts HIWIN C3 grade extra long dual screw caps lead , having high lead precision, low jump-start gyration distance and high smoothness.

The three-axis drive has six Japanese NSK 3OTAC P4 partnership axletrees to the support end and the pre-pill end, having high precision and cutting resistance.
