Tumbling blasting machine

Tumbling blast cabinet consists of cabinet enclosure, cyclone reclaimer, dust-collector, and electrol control, etc. The blast room is specially designed to have a basket or barrel or a belt containing large number of small parts and tumble over automatically. It offers efficient processing to clean, peen, deburr, or finish small parts, most suitable for automotive rebuilders and small parts manufacturers.

Adoptable blasting media: Fused alumina, silicon carbide, garnet, glass bead, etc, grit 60#-100#.

Features:

1. Tumbler unit for working small parts in automatic mode.
2. Safety interlocks interrupt blasting if the door is opened.
3. 3mm steel plate welded construction, with properly formed bends, forms a rigid, long-lasting cabinet shell.
4. Double glass window.
5. Pressure regulator, gauge, and electric switch mounted within easy reach.
6. Finishing time duration is controlled by timer to achieve the expected finishing state without labor force.
