The machine unit has adopted the techniques such as:controlled by micro-computer, regulating the speed by silicon DC Governor &Frequency Converter. The machine unit has been equipped with construcions of the belt with the function of changing the filter automatically, drawing the flat fibers by the drying plate of the stretching hot air oven & aggrandized the ratio of L/D of the screw. There are some merits of the machine unit:the faster speed of production, more output of the flat fibers, reducing the power consumptions and good quality of the flat fibers. It can be used in the production of flat fibers by various of ther moplastic materials such as PP, HDPE & LDPE etc
