XD-303 IRON OXIDE/TITANIUM DIOXIDE COMPOUND PIGMENT
1. ANTI-RUST MECHANISM
Processed after the separation, filtration and modification treatment of many kinds of different shapes of PHOSPHATE, it comes into being the COMPOUND POLYPHOSPHATES suitable for paint with its good antirust property(Salt water resistance up to 3~4 days) . In the other hand it is combined with other NANOPHASE MATERIAL to improve the adhesive force with steel surface which make it has an excellent antirust effect.
2. COMPONENT
Compounds of many kinds of different shapes of PHOSPHATE and some NANOPHASE MATERIAL.
3. Application
Used in water-based and oil-based coatings for making surface, priming and surface&priming mixed paints. It can replace RED LEAD, ZINC PHOSPHATE, TRI-PHOSPHATE ALUMINIUM and other conventional products for making anti-rust paints, and also can be used separately or mixed with others.
XD-404 IRON OXIDE/TITANIUM DIOXIDE COMPOUND PIGMENT, Used in water-based and oil-based coatings for making surface, priming and surface&priming mixed paints. It can replace RED LEAD, ZINC PHOSPHATE, TRI-PHOSPHATE ALUMINIUM and other conventional products for making anti-rust paints. It is used separately or mixed with others, if mixed the result will be better than use anyone alone. It is also used in common or top-grade water-based antirust coatings.
XD-505 IRON OXIDE/TITANIUM DIOXIDE COMPOUND PIGMENT. This product can replace the ZINC POWDER for making rich zinc priming paint partially and the mica iron oxide red, zinc oxide and zinc phosphate completely; so it is suitable for making all kinds of anti-rust and heavy duty anticorrosive paint

XD-808 IRON OXIDE/TITANIUM DIOXIDE COMPOUND PIGMENT. Suitable for making water-based and oil-based coatings like surface one, priming one and surface&priming mixed paints. It can partially or totally replace the RED LEAD pigment.
