FEATURES:
*Base, table, beam and so likes are made of high tensile cast iron by resin-sand foundary, with aging-treatment, ensuring the steady accuracy.
*Base is equipped with ultra-whidth rectangle four-guideway structure, with high rigidity.
*X, Y, Z axes are equipped with extra-width retangular slidding guide-way which is medium quenched and precision grounded.
*Z axis is equipped with a balance block to make spindle-box move smoothly and steadily.
*X, Y, Z axes are equipped with imported ball lead-screw with big pitch, high precision and strength, have high feeding accuracy. Servo-spindle and lead-screw are engaged by a elastic coupling directly, ensuring the positioning precision.
*Lead-screw is pre-tension structure, eliminating the influence of heat-deforming on the positioning accuracy dramatically.
*Famous-brand high speed , precision and rigidity spindle unit from Taiwan(Idle speed: 8000rpm, Working speed: 7000rpm) .
