INTEC Solutions TOTE is a re-usable container that maximizes shipping of empty plastic bottles, pre forms, closures and small plastic parts. Reduces man-handling labor for multiple post-molding processes, eliminates use of cardboard boxes, adhesive tape, stretch wrap and banding. TOTEs are stackable without racks or wood pallets, can be collapsed for emty storage and return, and reused.
These TOTEs are standard Gaylord size and foldable to 33% of volume when empty. Can be stacked up to 5 units high when full. Four side pallet jack or forklift access. Sealed storage bag. Will fit 192 containers in a 52 ft truck.
