injection mold complexed collapsible sliders 100% automatic production, export to Germany. Its screw feature can be inserted and custom made. Hot runner system with international service. User's manual helps the customer to operate the mold. Mold test video supplied to the customer. We run the mold without any stop for about 2 hours to make sure everything works well. Big sliders with limit switch to make sure safety. 2 ejection stages are designed for this mold. Hydraulic cylindars are used for this mold. The collapsible slider is full high technology to make the undercut 3mm out of the parts.
