3. Screening of incoming calls pertaining to queries
4. Follow-up with CHA (Customs House Agents) & console agents regarding requirements of documents and sorting our other queries raised by the customs.
5. Responsible for overall co-ordination from the date of receipt of documents and to the dispatch of the cargo.
6. Laisoning with liners / Freight forwarders / console agencies to release the documents.
