Application
PVC as sold in resinous from usable by incorporating suitable additives to convert the resin from which it can be processed into a useful end product. As material for the ultimate product, compounded PVC can be formed by almost all the standard plastics processing techniques including calendaring, extrusion, injection and compression molding, blow-molding, rotational molding, slush and dip-molding, solution casting, electrostatic spray, fluidized bed coating. Depending on plasticizer content level incorporated into the vinyl plasticized compound, a typical vinyl end product can be obtained from semi-rigid (at low content level of plasticizer) to flexible, very flexible or highly flexible products (at high and very high content level of plasticizer) .

Very good extrusion moulding using both one-screw extruder and two-screw extruder, high efficiency and good mechanical parameters make hard technical compounds a good material for all kind of profiles and moldings. When producing electro-installation systems rigid injection moulding compound seems to be indispensable.
