Belts has been specially coated by using elastic materials (linatex, rubber, PU and sponge ) and adopting special processing like over thickness valcanised notching, drilling as well as moulding special profile. We also run on the business of PVC, PU, +power transmission belts, nylon fabric belts, ect.

Details:
(1) Different types of cleats can be welded on the back of the belts.
According to the special requirements of customers, blocks, notching , grinding can be done on the timing belts. For example : in the back of a belt, many different shapes can increase the block
(2) Joined Belts
Timing belts can be processed with the Finger-shaped welding method, convenient, rapid and stable.
(3) Service of notching, grinding and perforating etc. can be provided.
(4)12mm wear-resistant rubber can be facted on nylon base belts with curvilinear guiding notch. Suitable for industries of cable traction and coiling, pipe conveyor.
(5) Elastic materials can be backed on belts as rubber, PU, patterns, sponge, foam and nylon etc. Guiding notches can be welded on back. (Model:M, A, B)
