The PE carbon spiral reinforced pipe extrusion line is equipped with single screw extruder especially used for polyolefine material. This single screw extruder possess effective plasticizing effect and high extrusion speed.
The special detachment type mixing screw and the standard designed die with spiral structure & reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside surface. The helix apportionment style diffluence body and big flow space assure the melting material has enough stay time. Optional low melting temperature results in little internal pipe stress, smooth inner and outer pipe surfaces.
Optimum spiral copper sizing sleeve, its entrance carrying pre-cooling and powerful vacuum device to suit for high speed extruding pipe. Stainless steel cooling water trough is three-dimensional regulation, longitudinal move by motor. High efficient cooling comes from peculiar spraying nozzle and high efficiency water pump. All kinds of polyolefine material, two layers or three layers spiral strengthening pipe can be co-extruded for various uses.
