High Automation: The whole PE-AL-PE composite pipe extrusion line takes advantage of POC controlling system manufactured by B&R of Austria which provides a man-machine interaction center and two subordinate control panels and gives an automatic closed-loop control to the extrusion, haul-off, temperature and the diameter of the pipe.
Advanced And Perftctidetection System: Laser diameter scanner providing, through the PCC system, the outer diameter of inner PE tube and that of the finished tube with an auto closed-loop control. The eddy fault detector detects the welding seam and the jet printer can mark any welding fault on the finished tube automatically and correctly, which assures product quality.
