All of our Ruby Goji dried berries are dried using indoor driers in highly sanitary conditions without using any sulfides. Traditional sun-dried goji rely on the heavy use of sulfides to preserve the berry in unsanitary outdoor conditions, but they still may have high bacterial counts. They are often dried on or near roads which may also expose them to contamination. For these reasons, none of our products are dried outdoors in the traditional way.

Main Use: Snack food, Chinese cooking, Traditional Chinese Medicine, used like raisins in Western baking and cooking.
Goji Polysaccharides
40-50% goji polysaccharides extracted from Ruby Goji Standard goji berries.
Main Use: Nutritional supplements

Packaged in plastic bags shipped in 25kg cardboard canisters. Also can produce encapsulated product if required by customer.

Spray Dried Goji Powder
Fresh goji juice is spray dried to eliminate all the water weight for transportation and create a convenient all natural powdered juice drink.

Main Use: Fruit juice and powdered fruit juice beverage for home use.

Crispy Puffed Goji
Using high temperatures and a sudden reduction of pressure, the goji berries are puffed. This process uses no chemical additives and produces a naturally crispy and especially tasty goji that is perfect for snacking.

Main Use: Snack food

Packaged in small snack bags with 22 berries per bag, 1000 snack bags per standard carton.
Freeze Dried Goji Powder
The berries are dried in sub 0 degree temperatures to extract all the water and then make into powder. This process preserves all the natural nutrients which may be damaged in heat drying processes.

Main Use: Ingredient in food products.
