Manifold

1. Distribution ports are BR series ball valves.
2. The main line is square tube.
3. Maximum working pressure:300psig.
4. Working temperatures: -40ºF-450ºF(-40ºC-232ºC) .
4. Red, green, yellow and blue handles.
5. All designs are tested for strength with pure water at 1.5 times the working pressure. Every valve is tested with nitrogen for leak-tight performance at 6000 psig or its maximum working pressure if less than 6000 psig.
7. Connections:
Inlet ports: 3/4" to 3" ASME, DIN and GB flange
1/4" to 3" pipe threads
1" to 3" butt(socket) weld
Outlet ports:1/4" to 1" pipe thread
3/8" to 1 1/4" and 6mm to 25mm
tube fitting
Drain ports: same as outlet ports.
8. Quantity of branched: 4 to 48.
9. Materials:316SS,304SS and carbon steel.
