Motor Installation and Test Training Equipment

1. The training consists of fundament, technology, machining and assembly, check of motor fitter, it is suitable for colleges and vocation schools for corresponding teaching and skill training.
2. The instruments are fixed on the bench-top control panel.
3. Corresponding tools and instrument are available.
4. Modular design for easy studying of skill training and theory.

Equipment list
1. Three-phase four-wire power supply controlled by start/stop buttons with leakage breaker and main power switch, and there is a emergency button for quick stop.
2. One digital AV voltmeter on the panel is used for 3-phase power grid indication adjusted by band-switch.
3. Timer/alarm recorder, used as a timer as usual with function of time setting, timing alarming, power cutting off and lab service supervision by faults recording (leakage fault, over range fault etc. ) .
4. Three-phase variable AC power supply: 0~450V/5A from variable transformer
5. DC power supply: 30V/2A DC variable stabilized power supply with short-circuit protection.
6. One DC digital voltmeter: Measurement range: 0~1000V overlapping in 2V/20V/200V/1000V controlled by keys, input impedance: 10M(Ohms); auto-ranging, accuracy: class 0.5, -digit display with over-range alarming, indication and power cutoff.
7. One DC digital milliammeter: Measurement range: 0~2000mA, accuracy: class 0.5, -digit display with over-range alarming, indication and power cutoff.
8. One RMS value AC digital voltmeter: Measurement range: 0~500V, auto-ranging, accuracy: class 0.5, -digit display.
9. Three RMS value AC digital ammeter: Measurement range: 0~5A, auto-ranging, accuracy: class 0.5, -digit display with over-range alarming, indication and power cutoff.
Intelligent power, power factor meters: Constructed by microprocessor, high-speed A/D conversion chip and fully digit-displayed circuits. Intelligent control is obtained by keys and digit display. The sample signal of measured voltage and current are sent to DSP after A/D conversion for positive/active power calculation. Measurement of single/three-phase power with accuracy of grade 0.5 and ranges of voltmeter and ammeters are 450V, 5A. also, data can be recorded and inquiry. The total power is obtained by sum of P1+P2.
