L/C needs to be actived once the product has reached the port of Houston, BEFORE SHIPPING! The buyer is more than welcome to come to Houston and view the entire process, however if these payment terms are not doable by your buyer please do not contact us. Payment terms will not be altered for any reason. Please forward the following information about your order:

1. Exact Commodity (HMS 1, HMS 2, HMS 1&2, Shredded Steel, Crushed Cars, ECT. )

2. Understanding that all offers are FOB Texas. There is no need to send offers that contain CIF shipments. If your buyer wants a CIF shipment, they need to pay for the product in full before it leaves the States. If the buyer does not want to buy FOB please do not submit your enquiry.

3. Payment terms must be as followed: L/C activated once the product reaches the port here in Houston. If the buyer is unable to pay in this manner then we are not going to be able to work with you at all. We operate in a very clean, straight forward manner.

4. Please indicate the exact quantity you are looking for in metric tons. Quantities that we can comfortably procure at the moment are in the range of 1,000 to 10,000 metric tons. Larger quantities are available on request and are subject to allocations. We would like to start out with a smaller order to build a relationship with the buyer.

5. Price is only available after we have a complete LOI. Only contacting us for pricing without a legitimate buyer lined up will not be tolerated. We do encourage the buyer to provide us with there expected target price so that we can see if we are on the same level of understanding. Containerized scrap is a lot more expensive than shipping in bulk (which we can also supply) . All pricing that is fifty dollars below current market prices will be rejected.
