Drilling Oil Desander (oil filter)

Hydro cyclone desanders are one of important equipment of controlling the solids in the oil & gas drilling fluid (drilling mud) . The action is to remove the harmful solids, stabilize the drill fluid performance and promote the drilling efficiency. It is applicable to ZJ70 and ZJ50 drilling rigs and may be used with the closed drill fluid circulating system.

Product Features:

1. The desander consists of 300mm cyclone and shaker. It is used to recover all liquids phase discharged from the underflow outlet and to remove automatically solids particles from the underflow outlet.

2. The reasonable upper structure of 300mm cyclone shell facilitates to separate the solids from the liquids. The cyclone cone made of wear-resistant cast iron has the good abrasion resistance and can be replaced easily.
