Raw water -> raw water tank -> raw water high pressure pump->multi- medium filter (Quartz sand filter) -> active carbon filter-> sodium ion exchanger-> water pump-> precision filter -> ultraviolet sterilizer ->cold drink water tank
Remark: Supply water for beverage blender and washing-filling-capping units

2. surgar treatment systm

Sugar dissolving Boiler -> syrup filter->syrup blending tank ->storage tank -> syrup cooler

3. carbonated beverage blender

the carbonated beverage blender adopt advanced static mixer to blend syrup and carbondioxide
togather in one time. And then transport into filling machine

4. separate type carbonated beverage washing, filling, capping production machine
This line is especially designed for carbonated drinks. Is can be used for filling glass bottles, pop-top cans. PET
bottles by different combination. All the line is consisted of washing machine. Isotonic filling machine, sealing machine, conveyor system. The production capacity is for example 500ml boule 2000b/h, 4000b/h and 6000b/h.
