Generally use for mineral water, milk, soymilk, yogurt's PET, PVC, PE, HDPE bottle wrap-round labeling with OPP web, cost down more than 30% compares with shrink labels.

Features:

1. S type of curve labeling, Drum labeling at one time. The precision reaches to ±0.5~ 1mm high accuracy.

2. Both of filled bottle and empty bottle are available.

3. All machine used stainless material and famous brand (USA, European, Japan. . etc) electron control system.

4. Special re-tight device is the sole patent to make sure the label of each bottle is flat, no loose, no wrinkle after labeling.

5. The speed of the machine is 300bottles/minute depends on the shape, thickness and size of the container.

6. Straight-Ling labeling, two step re-tight device for option, smart design and easy for bottle changing.

* Suitable for all kinds of PET, PE, PP bottles and glass bottles with OPP, pearl paper and other Roll-type label. Technical flow as follow: Feeding--Cutting--Gluing--labeling--tightening--guiding--finishing.
