The GlobalTop Technology FGPMMOPA3 is an advanced GPS receiver module based on MT3318 single chip solutions, available with finely tuned, high-sensitivity Patch on Top (POT) ceramic antenna utilizing SmartAntenna Structure. This POT GPS module is an ideal solution for those who wish to incorporate GPS functions into their own design without worrying about RF noise interference or any additional antenna fine tuning adjustment. It excels in tracking performances under urban landscapes or other environments where GPS signals can be difficult to acquire. In addition, it comes with an extra connector for external GPS antenna to further strength its reception capabilities. FGPMMOPA3’s design is powered by MediaTek Inc. (MTK) 51 channels chipset, the leading digital fabless semiconductor company for wireless communications and digital media solutions. This GPS module engine board has a compact, cost-effective design with excellent tracking performances, and ease of integrations; it is ideal for use in fleet-tracking device, PND and those who wishes to plug-and-play GPS receiver module into their design.
