Tungsten carbide powder

Tungsten Carbide is for alloy making and can be added with Cobalt. Tungsten Carbide contain WC 99.8% min. The particle size is from 0.8 micron to 25 micron. Total Carbon is 5.85%-6.25% and free carbon is 0.05% max. The commen packing is double poly bags and iron drums of 200kg net each, and then packed on plywood pallets. We can produce and adjust the material and packing accordingly.

Tungsten Carbide is quantitatively the most important Tungsten compound. Because of its hardness – close to that of a diamond – it is the main constituent in cemented Carbide. Most of the Tungsten metal powder is converted to Tungsten Carbide (WC) by reaction with pure Carbon powder.
