It is our best two-coat system currently available, with excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, heat-resistance, non-stick, and also has good gloss and saturation. It is two coats fluorocarbon coating which can be used for the surface of aluminum and stainless steel;

Cure Temperature Range: (150-180) /380-400(base coat/top coat)
Cure Time Range: (8-10) minutes/(10-15) minutes(base-coat/top-coat)
Theoretical Coverage: 7-8m2/kg (base-coat) 8-9m2/kg (top-coat) 25µ~30µ

Remarks: The sintered coating can survive long-term use at temperatures up to 260, but use at higher temperatures is not recommended.
