Dredging Pipe Floats

Floating devices for steel dredging pipe floating (Hose Collar) lines. Modular floatation system used by dredging companies all over the world because of it’s unique features and famous reliability, corrosion free and low maintenance. Blueway Marine dredging and pipeline ring floats are designed considering reduced operativity and maintenance costs. Standard dredge ring floats are composed of two empty half shells and can be filled with closed cell PU foam on specific customer request. The are connected to the pipe by galvanized steel plates, nuts and bolts.

At present, our main product is PE Float Ring. Ring floats are generally moulded by a high wear resistant LMDPE. The design is set up to achieve a strong but flexible float. Many different types of ring floats are available to suit requested application. These dredging floats / pipe float are mainly used in offshore dredging, oil area.

Blueway dredge ring floats are available for pipe diameters 150 till 1.000 mm in two materials:
• semi rigid PE – for normal conditions
• extremely flexible PE – for harsh conditions
