High Speed Rotary Tablet Press (ZP 1129)

This machine is a single-press type, continous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metalluraical industries.

Features:
1. A force feeder device is equipped in this machine, which can solve bad fluidity foe material, weight difference for tablets and dust-rising.
2 Simultaneously equipped a vacuum conveyer, which can reduce the labor force, prevent the cross contamination with the outside and meet the GMP requirement. (optional)
3 The structure is reasonable and the performance is reliable. It is easy for operating, cleaning and changing spare parts. The production capacity is large and the quality of tablets is stable.

7 The series machines have protective device for upper punches broken. When the upper punches are broken, the machine can stop urgently by automatic electric control.
